1. Acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Dashia platform and the dashia.io site (the “Service”), provided by Dashia (“Dashia”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Dashia unifies data from the sources the user connects, lets people query it in natural language, build dashboards, receive alerts and set up automations. We may modify, extend or discontinue features; when a change substantially affects your use, we will try to give reasonable advance notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
  • The organization that owns the account decides which users have access and to which data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights; (b) connect data you have no right to process; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Service or subject it to disproportionate load; (e) copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, except as the law allows; (f) resell the Service without our written agreement.

5. Customer data

The data you connect or upload remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely as needed to provide the Service to you, under our Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have the right to connect it and to authorize that processing.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party services, such as Google, with your authorization. Those connections are also governed by each third party’s terms and policies; Dashia is not responsible for their services. For Google, the handling of information received from its APIs is described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

7. Artificial intelligence output

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate answers, charts or suggestions. Those results may contain errors or omissions and are decision support, not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying them before making decisions that rely on them.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, trademarks and content belong to Dashia or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your access remains in force. No other rights are transferred to you.

9. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and as available. We aim to keep it running continuously but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dashia will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data or opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, and its total liability will not exceed what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or consumers’ non-waivable rights.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, where necessary to protect the Service’s security, or by legal requirement. On termination, we will handle data according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, let you know. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina, without prejudice to any right the law grants consumers to sue in their place of residence.
